Connect every tractor to the people who build, sell and service it.

TLink — short for Tractor Link — develops instrument clusters, service devices and service software that link the tractor's electronics to manufacturers, dealer networks and owners.

One link, value at every step after the factory gate

The tractor's own network already knows what is wrong, what is installed and how the machine is used. TLink carries that to the people who can act on it, under the manufacturer's rules.

Tractors on a manufacturer's assembly line

For machine manufacturers

One platform from the dashboard to the service office: instrument clusters, diagnostic access and release-controlled ECU software, built on J1939 and ISOBUS.

Service technician with a phone beside a tractor in a dealer workshop

For dealers and service networks

Diagnosis with a phone at the machine, full fault history per vehicle and expert support without a service trip.

Added value

For farmers

Fewer needless service calls, guidance when something won't work, job and fuel records without paperwork.

From the tractor's CAN network to the service office

A small device on the diagnostic connector, or the tractor's own instrument cluster, reads the machine's network and hands it to a phone or tablet over Bluetooth. TLink Field Management does the rest.

  1. CAN · J1939

    Tractor ECUs

Engine, transmission, exhaust after-treatment and cab units on the CAN network.

  2. Bluetooth LE

    TLink

Gateway Core on the diagnostic connector, or a TLink cluster in the dashboard.

  3. Internet

    Phone, tablet or PC

Android, iOS and Windows. Works offline and sends when coverage returns.

  4. Web

    Field Management

Records, software release rules and role-based access on the server.

  5. Service office

After-sales, R&D and dealer service see every tractor's history.

Back down the same link. Approved ECU software reaches the tractor through the same chain, and every write is confirmed at the tractor.

Connect products skip the phone. Gateway Connect and Cluster Connect send data and position straight to the server over an LTE-M / NB-IoT modem with GNSS.

A service visit, step by step

  1. Connect

Plug Gateway Core into the diagnostic connector, or use the TLink cluster already in the dashboard. Power comes from the connector.

  2. Identify

The app connects over Bluetooth, recognises the tractor by its VIN and scans the ECUs and their software versions.

  3. Diagnose

Active and stored fault codes (DM1, DM2) appear with descriptions; live values stream to the phone.

  4. Update

If approved, compatible software exists for this tractor, it is written, with versions checked again at the moment of writing.

Why TLink

No telematics box to add, no laptop to carry, and the manufacturer keeps control of what is written to its machines.

  • The cluster is the connection

The TLink cluster replaces the tractor's instrument panel and carries the link inside. Every tractor can leave the factory service-ready — no extra box, no extra wiring.

  • The phone is the gateway

Service data travels to the phone over Bluetooth and on through the phone's own connection. No modem in the bill of materials, no SIM to manage.

  • Manufacturer-controlled software

The manufacturer decides which ECU software goes to which tractor. Owners can install approved updates themselves, without a trip to the workshop.

  • Remote expert support

Problems solved without a service trip — every action approved at the tractor and logged.

  • Works where coverage doesn't

Field work continues offline and synchronises later. Nothing is sent twice.

  • Is Bluetooth enough? Yes.

Two CAN buses at full load streamed with zero frame loss on Android, iOS and Windows, measured on development hardware.

The TLink product line

Every TLink device uses the same link, CAN to Bluetooth LE, and the same software platform. For tractors already in the field, Gateway; for tractors leaving the factory, a TLink cluster.
